Fred Moten is Professor of Performance Studies at New York University. His books include The Undercommons: Fugitive Planning & Black Study (2013) and All Incomplete (2021), both co-authored with Stefano Harney and published by Minor Compositions and in German by transversal texts (2016, 2021), In the Break: The Aesthetics of the Black Radical Tradition (University of Minnesota Press, 2003), and the trilogy Consent not to be a single being (Duke University Press, 2017/2018).  He has also published numerous poetry collections, including The Little Edges, The Feel Trio, B Jenkins, and Hughson’s Tavern
